Endometriosis is defined as the presence of endometrium outside uterine cavity. Around 8- 15 % women reproductive age group have been affected by it. Abdominal scar endometriosis a rare complication cesarean section and can be often misdiagnosed. We present 39-year-old woman who has complaining pain edema at location her incision for past two years. The began on first day menstrual cycle only continued duration cycle. Swelling, which started tiny but grew in size over time, was linked to pain. She had similar background four years ago. Her vitals were stable during examination, general systemic examinations. There mark hypogastric region, well 5 x 3 cm swelling left lateral angle that scar. tender. Scar seen USG. removed, tissue sent histopathological examination. Now she injection Leuprolide 3.75mg intramuscular every monthly period six months.We this case it very being underestimated patient.
